BULB PLANTING - NOVEMBERDuck Race - SeptemberWOODROAD LITTER PICK - AUGUSTplan launch - june |
We had a brilliant and busy two days of Spring bulb planting around the Tanyard in Cumnock - we are so proud of the work all the kids and young people did today - it was fantastic to see so many getting involved. Hard workers and a great laugh! Huge thanks to Tesco Community Champions and DW Shaw Solicitors who provided over 2,000 daffodils, crocus and fritillary bulbs along with big helping hands, and of course our volunteers from Lisalanna (great cups of tea and nosh), Tesco’s, Cumnock and Kilmarnock Rugby Clubs and the people of Cumnock who gave up their free time. So many joined in with us - it was a pleasure to meet them all and help them plant a little bit of Cumnock's future.
We look forward to the flowers in the Spring and a huge ginormous thanks again to everyone involved. #CUMNOCKISOURS Wow… that was truly quackers! We raised over £720 which will go towards CAP community events happening in Cumnock. Well done everybody and especially our ducks and winners who are…
