The First project Cumnock Action Plan was Involved in back in 2015 was the upgrade of the woodland areas around the Woodroad Park. What has been achieved:

• New paths and steps
• Path upgrades
• New benches
• Tree thinning
• New direction finger posts
• View points cleared
• tree planting

Still to come:

• Entrance signs
• Interpretation panels
• more tree thinning
• more tree planting

East Ayrshire woodlands have done a fantastic job as the contractors of this project. Cumnock Action Plan will continue to work closely with East Ayrshire Woodland till the end of the project.
